Mastering Bioceramic Materials in Endodontics – Obturation, Cold Hydraulic Condensation, Perforation Repair and Apical Plug
Bioceramic materials are revolutionizing daily endodontic practice by offering patient-centered solutions for obturation, perforation repair, and apical plug procedures. Obturation is a very important step of the root canal system in order to achieve a positive outcome of the therapy; as a matter of fact a high percentage of the endodontic failures are associated with incomplete root canal obturation. Bioceramic sealers, such as CeraSeal, represent a real game changer; thanks to their unique properties, clinicians can rely on a sealer-centered obturation approach, moving from warm techniques to cold hydraulic condensation while maintaining high-quality results. Perforation repair and Apical plugs can be managed using the CeraPutty, a ready-to-use, easy-to-apply bioceramic putty. Compared to MTA, it simplifies procedures for the clinician. This workshop will explore the features of both CeraSeal and CeraPutty in depth, demonstrating how to use them effectively to gain all the clinical advantages they offer. The common feature of CeraSeal and CeraPutty is represented by the advantages the clinician can get from their proper use, especially in terms of ease, time management and ergonomics. During the hands-on session, participants will perform obturation using CeraSeal, as well as perforation repair and apical plug techniques using CeraPutty.

Porcelain Veneers and Overlay Restorations – Preparation and Workflow
This advanced hands-on course provides a comprehensive and clinically structured approach to the preparation and workflow of porcelain veneers and ceramic overlay restorations. The focus lies on biologically sound, morphology-driven tooth preparation concepts that preserve maximum tooth structure while ensuring long-term adhesive stability.
Participants will learn how to precisely control margin placement, taper, and reduction depth according to tooth position, restorative material selection, and prosthetic requirements. Emphasis will be placed on material-oriented preparation strategies for layered ceramics and adhesive restorations, as well as on biomechanical principles and occlusal design considerations for overlay restorations.
The course will demonstrate controlled preparation workflows using silicone guides, magnification, and digital verification to enhance precision and predictability. Immediate Dentin Sealing (IDS) will be integrated into posterior adhesive cases as part of a comprehensive bonding strategy.
Special attention will also be given to the management of the provisional phase, including tissue control, occlusal stabilization, and margin refinement. Participants will apply structured isolation and adhesive cementation protocols to ensure optimal marginal integrity and long-term bond durability.
By the end of the program, attendees will acquire a systematic and predictable preparation and workflow protocol that integrates biological principles, material science, and aesthetic excellence into daily restorative practice.

Soft Tissue Management With Implant Placement at the Same Time in the Functional Area
This intensive surgical hands-on course focuses on biologically guided soft tissue management performed simultaneously with implant placement in functionally demanding posterior regions. The primary objective is to establish long-term peri-implant tissue stability through precise three-dimensional implant positioning and optimized mucogingival management.
Using upper pig jaws for realistic surgical simulation, participants will perform implant placement with a prosthetically driven approach while applying advanced soft tissue techniques to enhance peri-implant phenotype. Key topics include flap design strategies, preservation and augmentation of keratinized tissue, management of mucosal thickness, and crestal stability concepts.
Attendees will work with implants, healing abutments, and full surgical sets to practice immediate peri-implant tissue conditioning and contour development during the early healing phase. Emphasis will be placed on achieving primary stability, maintaining hard and soft tissue architecture, and supporting predictable functional integration.
The course aims to strengthen surgical precision and biological decision-making, enabling clinicians to optimize peri-implant tissue health and long-term functional outcomes.
