About the speaker
Dr. Jelena Grastic is a dentist from Serbia who also works as a certified coach in communication and team development. After clinical practice, she expanded her work to help dental teams improve leadership, workplace culture and the patient experience. Her training includes Process Communication Model (PCM), neuro-linguistic programming, Management 3.0 and Train the Trainer.

The lecture follows the patient’s experience from first contact through follow-up care, highlighting how communication affects confidence, anxiety and treatment acceptance. It presents practical approaches informed by behavioural psychology and communication research, and considers how dental education can prepare clinicians for these interpersonal responsibilities.
